EVO Modules & Packs - Overview

EEvolution Battery Systems have developed a modular battery solution using the latest Lithium Iron Phosphate (LifePO4) technology, which is recognised as the safest lithium battery chemistry available.

12V to 800V Systems

Our core skeleton modules can be connected in series and parallel to achieve battery voltages from 12V to 800V. Capacity in a single string from 5.5kWhr to 550kWhr

BMS and HVPDU Integration

All our modules include slave battery management, high coverage of thermal sensors, and high balance current capability. In a Low Voltage Battery Pack, we add our automotive grade BMS to provide a complete self-contained battery. When running a higher voltage system, we then recommend using our HVPDU which provides the required safety functions for HV Systems.

EVO Ranges

The EVO modules presented below are intended to be used to build a semi-custom battery system. We will work with you to create a voltage and capacity requirement that we can the package in line with your project needs. The modules are suitable for all industries and markets. The complete battery packs are intended to simplify your electrification project. These rugged packs include all required protection systems and can be used in parallel to create high capacity low voltage storage. Optional heating can be included.
